Plain English summary: You pay to reserve weather conditions for your event. If the weather matches what you reserved, you get an official certificate. If it doesn't, you get wallet credit to use on a future reservation. Wallet credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

*"Satisfied or Refunded" — at ReserveSunshine, refunds are issued as credit to your Sunshine Wallet. Wallet credits never expire and can be used on any future reservation. No cash refunds are issued.

1. Who We Are

ReserveSunshine is a service operated by AppEasy. By using this website and service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

ReserveSunshine is an entertainment and novelty service. We make no legally binding guarantee about actual weather conditions. The certificates issued are novelty items intended for personal enjoyment and sharing.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Euro and include applicable taxes. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment you authorise the charge shown at checkout.

5. Sunshine Wallet & Refund Policy

If the weather does not match your reservation, the full reservation amount is credited to your Sunshine Wallet. Additionally:

Wallet credit cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account. Credits can only be used to pay for future reservations on ReserveSunshine. Wallet credits do not expire.

5a. Promotions and Launch Offers

From time to time, ReserveSunshine may offer promotional credits, launch gifts, discount codes, or other incentives to users.

Email verification is required to be eligible for any promotion. Users whose email addresses have not been verified will not receive promotional wallet credits, launch gifts, or discount codes, even if they are otherwise registered. This applies to all promotions including the March 2026 launch gift.

Promotional credits are subject to the same Wallet terms as standard credits — they cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for reservations on ReserveSunshine.

Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time at our sole discretion. Promotions are not transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Weather Verification

After your event, you return to your dashboard and confirm whether the weather was delivered. We cross-reference your confirmation with meteorological data from third-party weather APIs. In the rare case of a dispute between your confirmation and the weather data, our team will review the case manually within 5 business days.

7. Certificates

Certificates are novelty digital documents. They are not legally binding documents and carry no warranties. The QR code on each certificate links to a public verification page confirming the reservation details.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel a reservation more than 48 hours before the event start time for a full wallet credit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

ReserveSunshine and AppEasy accept no liability for actual weather conditions, missed events, travel costs, or any other consequential loss. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
